We have all experienced those dreadful deadlines, especially around the holiday season.
I’m Jaime Guerrero with 3D Construction and we are very familiar with customer deadlines before they have company over for the holidays. Five weeks ago, we started a residential project which involves adding square footage to a historical downtown Atlanta loft. We turned the loft into a home-based business and one of the challenges was to cut through concrete floors to run water and electrical lines without touching the original 1900’s brick walls. We worked with her architect and facilities manager to accommodate her construction desires without interfering with the historic structure.
The customer had a six-week deadline and even though the customer added additional work to the original scope of work, we are at 99 % with the project.
