With all the rain we have had, some homeowners are faced with leaks around their homes that are difficult to pinpoint. Tom and Brenda came home from work to find their basement partially flooded.
Our 3D team took a proactive approach to find and solve the problem. We found that the French drain around the foundation walls had failed, … we dug out a trench and replaced the damaged drain with a larger capacity drain to prevent future failures.
Our interior crew was also working diligently to remove all the water and remove the damaged sheetrock. The flooded basement area had ceramic floors, therefore they did not need to be replaced. Our customer was extremely pleased that our construction knowledge helped them find a solution.
