How important is it to understand and listen to your customer needs?
Jenny and Kyle had outgrown their existing two bath 3 bedroom home and were in need of adding square footage to their home, they decided to split the two story living room, which would give them the ability to add a bedroom on the second level, and convert the guest bedroom on the main level into a master suite and bathroom.
They were not only looking for contractors who could complete the project, but who were also knowledgeable in ADA building codes as their handicap child would be occupying the first floor master suite. I not only able to identify the bedroom ADA requirements, but also the bathroom ADA requirements. Once they compared our estimate with the other three they obtained, it was clear to them that our prices were justified by the additional items we brought to their attention.
